This is my first ICO, but I am going to admit that I was riding with training wheels on...My husband helped me out a lot. It's not his first rodeo. However I do still feel the pride...very much like making a cake!
@Emily Barnett and @Sergei congrats on the ICO's. This is a very exciting for many of us, kind of like when the Internet first began. Looking forward to seeing you guys and gals in the ICO's Niche, there are some good ones coming down the pipeline.
Thanks for the heads up @mrgoodsett when my hubby gets on here I am sure he will be a regular of the ICO Niche. I will say, he paid me a real nice compliment that I will pass along...He said to me tonight "ya sure there are tons of people speculating on ICO's, but not so many digging deep into the utility token ecosystems to make them work." So I think we can all share that compliment.
Neo is my favourite for ICO's, only the cream of the crop of ICO's get onto NEO. Etherum on the other hand seems to be a free for all! The other thing for a newbie that is great about NEO ICO's, is the use of the NEON wallet, this makes it SO easy. Purchasing Narrative ICO's was an absolute dream. I even managed to convince a few non-crypto friends to get involved when I demonstrated the Neon Wallet I love NEO, and I love Narrative!
I absolutely love NEO. I think you have to pay $20,000 in order to be able to hold an ICO on the NEO blockchain. Helps to prevent all the silly ICOs I guess. Also, the NEO Council sounds pretty supportive
I've read about Narrative on Telegram channel Edward Morra. He named it like great ICO. I has googled more information about the project and found a strong team with true ideas but not hype. So i am here.
I was new to crypto at the start of the year. I quickly realised that NEO kicked arse. I read a few blogs, visited https://neonewstoday.com/ and found out all I could. I then stumbled across a link to http://icowhitelists.com/neo-icos/ which mentioned Narrative. I researched and realised it was a great project on the Neo blockchain that I just had to invest in. Love Narrative. Love Neo.
Dear Harj, Recently I started reading new topics and decided to go back to read all the topics because of the quality of what I read. thanks for Ted and Rose for explanation, you are good team. best wishes
Good Evening Everyone, My first name is actually Phil, not Crypto. I am far from being a tech person. I own and run a Building Maintenance Service that caters to Universities here is Southern California. Basically when the kids move out for the summer, my crews go in and renovate the apartments and/or dorms. Repair, Paint, and clean the living quarters. You can only imagine what some of these rooms look like after one school year. I been doing that for 4 years now. I had heard about bitcoin...
Hi Phil, your main goal in life as you said of being "possitive influence on others" is working on me! thank you phil. I really enjoyed reading your post on your experiance with Bitcoin and work history/coaching. I wish we had all got in really early with Bitcoin and others but we are in early with the new movment of where we are now especially with Narrative which is amazing. Welcome to the community Phil! Im following you
Great thread! Like most people, I learned about Narrative because I was investing in cryptocurrencies. But investing is not a significant part of who I am, and when I discovered Narrative, my interest in it was immediate, and had little to do with dreams of riches. I think this is a sign Narrative has a winning attribute, if it can inspire this sort of response to it. Success generally starts with passion, not the other way around. Narrative cannot succeed long term with only the...
Simply researching the words blockchain and social media I came across the Narrative site. I had been visiting a few sites dealing with social media but most were not interesting or seemed like a faraway venture so I kept my eye on Narrative. I invested because I simply believe Narrative can be the #1 blockchain site in the near future. Great question, looking forward to more!!!
Lovin your stories guys how you heard about it Narrative! Mine is abit of all yours really I did the google search first and read about it but did nothing at the time then next I saw it on Token market as I was just looking through the new ICO's and then it got my attention and I started to do some research and noticed some big investors supporting Narrative, I knew this was special so I joined the telegram and started a conversation with Rose, Mic and Lori and they told me what I had to...
It might be a good idea to talk a bit about other sites, you know, check out the competition to see what they do right or wrong. Maybe someone from the staff can let us know the policy on this in the community forum? I know they talk about it on the Narrative Telegram group.
It's a good question and I think common sense is a guide. It's fine to talk about other projects in the larger crypto world. You can use good judgment on whether it is of interest to the Narrative community. If people think it's not, you'll know Or we might private message you .... There would be two cases where it's not OK. 1) Outright solicitation to go buy and any related shilling is off limits. I think people know that when they see it. 2) Trashing. An old rule among the people who...
I also think that it would be a good idea to write about ICO's, but under the guidelines of Common Sense as @Michael Farris had pointed out in his comment to this post. The "Common Sense" guidelines should be be practiced in any content.
I too check out NEO projects, as I feel that they typically are of quality. I found the ICO through the NEO.org site. I realistically spent about 24 hours looking into Narrative over the course of a week. I am excited I found Narrative.
After investing in a number of ICOs, my Twitter and Facebook feeds started to light up with new ICO ideas. I came across Narrative on my Twitter feed. I can't remember whether it was a paid ad or a retweet. Anyway, I loved, loved, loved the ad and website. It was everything I was looking for so I joined the telegram group.... and oh my gosh, just 50 people in the group! So I thought, ok, let's see where this goes? I watched the group grow organically. I think this has a lot to do with the...
Hi Rich I liked reading your post its great your wife is on board with the crypto movment! Good one! wow you did very well and great investigation work on getting here with Narrative, im impressed. Im Looking forward to more posts by you Rich, I agree with you 100% about Narrative and NEO I came in recently with NEO, looking forward to the journey. : ) Harj
I came across narrative switch from ethereum to Neo and was impress with that move !! These guys are serious !! As a big investor in steem; I saw the marketcap potential of narrative and how nrve is half the tokens as steem. It was a no brainer . I think this is a hidden gem and long term hodl !!!
These are interesting. I didn't actually find Narrative, it found me... at the right place, and the right "frame of mind." I was at a birthday party with one of my kids and was talking with another parent who mentioned Narrative. I knew just enough about crypto (from all my colleague's BTC and ETH talk at the office) to drop a Lazlo Pizza Reference joke in the right spot of the conversation and indicate I was "hip" to what was being discussed. My glazed over eyes may have told a different...
When I updated the Neon Wallet, I noticed a few new features, which is how I stumbled upon NRVE. I noticed the link in the wallet to participate in ICOs and saw NRVE. Checked out the site and watched their video and liked it, and now I'm here!
I have been holding NEO for some time now, and I loved the idea of the quality of ICOs being launched there (well, except for NEX, but that's another quarry.) I started researching what were the upcoming ICOs in NEO and stumbled upon Narrative. I went on Medium, read the article about Niches and had a bit of an argument with somebody from the team (the classic "We shouldn't bid for Niches, the creator shouldn't own it.") Still I thought it wouldn't be a waste to put about 10 NEO and see what...
Man, I now already know that I’m going to love reading your Niche(s). This is the second post from you I read (I had the same syndrome you discribed in your Man Suffers post), and you made me laugh out loud (ROFL in crypto language ;-).
I joined Steemit a few months ago and found the whole economics of it fascinating. Very envious of those whales at the top! I’ve been a NEO fanboy for about 8 months. I checked out the list of ICO’s and Narrative fell from the sky. Very well written WP, but the Founder benefits were really what made me put my precious NEO on the table. Looking forward to see how it all plays out...makes life seem a little less ordinary
I literally just went to ICOalert and typed in "social platform" - there were more than 10 or so but Narrative just seemed like the most solid option. I am also looking at Sapien. I blog from time to time so I want all of my content to be decentralized and AWAY from those long arms at Facebook and similar. Can't wait to start posting in niches and possibly own one myself as well!
