Fixed contribution amount

Bitsurfer7 ·
Hello guys, i´m new here and have a question about the contribution amount. Will this be fixed for every investor so everyone could get a place in the sale ? I think the people who believed earlier in this project won´t get an advantage right ? Best Regards, Bitsurfer7

Time To Help Each Other Out

Emily Barnett ·
My Network of people in the real world seems to be vast and varied. I have always considered it my best asset. I am sure that there are others in this community that also have cultivated a great network of people. Now is the time that we need to look at our new Narrative Community, look at the Niches, and then look at our Network of people we know and ask are selves, who might be interested in contributing, reading or moderating for all of these different niches. Strengthen our community is...

We all know amazing people we can bring over to help Narrative grow

Harj ·
One such person is https://steemit.com/@apolymask Apolo is doing amazing stuff on Steemit and already doing great challenges on his own page and would do a great job with one of my niches so I sent him the following message. Hi Apolo Hope you well bro, I recently bought 5 niche's on Narrative one is called Challenges (Challenges Anything related to challenges. Ongoing challenges, past challenges, future challenges.) I would be looking for a moderator and can pay % of the earnings from the...

Steemit, maybe is an anoying topic for the narrative team but..

Jhoe ·
Hi guys, i've been thinking about the obvious similarity of narrative to steemit and have some suggestions to all the narrative team: There's a lot of platforms today with the idea of change the social networking as we know until now, and all of those platforms shows an incentive, they catch people by offering an decentralized community of content creation and earnings for all the contributors, That's awesome! the best part of that is the proyects go to the convencional social media and grab...
Question

Is there a cap on daily voting?

Emily Barnett ·
Wondering if the @Narrative team can shed some light on whether there is a daily voting limit on how many posts a person can vote for each day, similar to what other platforms have. Or will it be unlimited because there is a pro-rata basis in place to calculate over all activity of niche and post performance, at the end of each month. I ask because it may make a difference to people how many pieces they want to post per day. Time efficiency will be an important factor to...

There is currently no cap on the number of things you can rate or vote on per day, though of course if you are Conduct Negative you will not be able to rate/vote at all.

I would said the initial phase would be slow but once it gains traction, it would be as popular as steemit if not better!

Hi Emily, Brilliant - lets indeed connect each other! I've been thinking about timing though... When is it best to actually connect with these folks? Because once we do, there will be a space of perhaps 2 weeks in which action will be optimal... then the twin diseases of forgetfulness and distraction will kick in, and people will start to consider Narrative is something they might get around to, if and when it launches... Quietly I've been planning my roadmap for my niches, but I want to...

I am on the same page as you @Malkazoid , timing is important. Like you there are some people I am going to connect with right before. Others I am going to be reaching out to in the summer, so that they can have a fresh crop of content to post when it launches. Then there are the cold calls....I am starting to reach out to content creators within certain niches that are on social media already and just trying to start a friendship...this is the long haul approach so that I can build a bit of...

+2 points for early-rapport building. For my New Parish Niche, I'm treating the initial contact with CPs as a Call For Submissions for a new monthly/quarterly online magazine... Starting with the people I know first to build the backlog, and waiting for a working platform to start collecting from the rest.

Can somebody work up some rap sheets on this? (Loose conversation scripts etc.) Good time to start developing some recruitment resources. My scripts er.... tend to be overly long and pedantic.

I don't think Narrative is anywhere near close to being like steemit. There are a lot of differences. First and foremost which will be a make or break is the fact that narrative shouldn't allow those stupid bot nets. I don't think we should worry about steemit and our network is actively working on taking people away from there, which isn't too hard for anyone who is serious about their content. Many of them have discords etc in order to keep track of their groups.

Funny thing... I had stopped using Steemit because it just wasn't doing it for me, but learned about Narrative on the 'Steemit' Subreddit, since I hadn't unsubscribed yet. I plan on using Reddit extensively to bring in Narrators.

Twitter and Facebook have coexisted, I don't see why Steemit and Narrative can't coexist and even benefit from each others existance. That being said, steemit really needs to get it's communities function in order and get rid of those bid bots. I will be using both and I'll put more time into the one that has a more vibrant community and where my work is most appreciated.

I get your point but Steemit dont have moderators and im sure he would treat the two seperate. I would like him to apply when it opens as a moderator should he get accepting for the role.

I have been reaching out to many people. @Madhanic that is an interesting question. I don't think it would be plagiarizing if you wrote it, But can people republish their own content on Narrative? Is that up to the Niche Owner & Moderator to set their own Niche standards?

because at university level we are not allowed to use the same content for 2 different projects/ assignments (might be different in different country/ university) edit: but then again this is an entirely different thing!

Repy from Apolo .... Thanks for the info harj! I'll have to look into it. It appears as if the review you made is the only review out there on YouTube that I can find, so I'm a lil hesitant considering that aspect. It reminds me of sola, which I couldn't even find a single review of on YouTube.. That doesn't necessarily mean it's good or bad it just tells me that not a lot of people are looking at it and excited about it enough to actually make a review on YouTube. Will check out your review...

People post the same (original) content across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Tumblr (et al). There is no conflict of interest unless you are under some exclusivity contract—which, to my knowledge, does not exist on Narrative. @Harj I hope you followed up with some more YouTube links to explain the platform.

Hi @Bitsurfer7 ! Welcome! The max contributions for the public sale are here on the token sale page: https://tokensale.narrative.network/ . We recently lowered the max numbers so that more people would be able to participate in the public sale; we want everyone to have a chance.
