The first step is to make sure you have a wallet. See this FAQ to help you set up a wallet.
Once your wallet is set up, continue below.
Hover over your avatar on the top right corner and select Your Profile and then click on the Rewards Tab.
Click on the Redeem Button
A pop up message will come up making sure you have a wallet before proceeding. It will look something like the message below:
Then click on SET YOUR NEO WALLET ADDRESS (this will only come up if there is no wallet linked yet). The first time you Redeem NRVE, you will be sent to the NEO Wallet Address Tab where you enter your wallet address. (The NEO Wallet address will be called "Public Wallet Address" in your wallet).
When done, click the Update button and you will receive a message similar to below.
For security purposes there is a 2-day wait to redeem NRVE after entering a NEO wallet address into your account. This is done in case your password is compromised by someone they cannot log into your account, set a wallet address and immediately empty it. You’ll have 2 days (and an email notification) to see the issue and take care of it.
Once the 2-day hold is over, you will be able to click the Redeem button. The following screen will come up.
Enter the Amount you want to Redeem, and your Narrative Password. Then click the Submit button. You will get another message like this:
Redemptions are not instantaneous as your NRVE points/credits shown on your Rewards page is not a wallet. NRVE is actually stored in another secure location. It may take up to 10 days to process, but the time is needed to do the processing and security associated with the transfer. When the NRVE is sent over the blockchain to your Wallet, another email will be sent to you.
You can also check the status in your Rewards/Transaction Tab.
Later you can verify that the NRVE is in your NEO based wallet.
