Hello! I have been on Narrative since November 2018 and I am enthusiastic about this platform. Suddenly, because of my mistake (I thought that free blogs are free to copy) my conduct status was changed from 100 to zero. It was in the afternoon and I was not in my office. Now, why am I telling you this story? I have a suggestion for the team. Please, give people the chance to appeal at least once and to correct their mistake. It is so hard to receive only the penalty without an appeal! For a negative conduct you will be restricted from performing all of the following, until your penalty time elapses: a) suggesting, voting on, bidding on, or appealing Niches, b) being nominated for elections, c) posting content or comments. My Penalty Time Expires: 19. Nov. 2019 @ 4:26pm. I wish I would have had the opportunity to make an appeal and correct my mistakes. I would have deleted the things myself. But I wasn't given a chance. I know I have to learn from my mistakes, but I appeall to you to also learn from your mistakes and to be more human. I love this platform and invested a lot of money and time. And I hope you will reconsider the type of punishment given for negative conduct. At least, give a person one chance to better themselves. Thank you for listening and your time.
Thanks for the suggestion, Teddy. We added the ability to appeal content that was deemed to violate the AUP and taken down to the spec document a couple weeks ago. It is not built out yet but will be in a future release. To be clear, it is not intended as a way to "remedy". It is for when there is an AUP violation and content was taken down inappropriately.
