Today, on August 7, 2019 at 2PM ET we be updating the Narrative Platform to fix the bug in the system that impacted the July Rewards that were distributed earlier in the week. We talked about the issue here.
When we deploy the fix, you can expect some downtime in the system starting around 2pm ET. Following the fix, the July Rewards will be reissued.
UPDATE: We deployed the fix and you should receive new Rewards notification emails.
