Along the same lines as my other suggestion of needing some organization mechanisms, here are two things that can really help make the draft management nice and tidy, and easy to determine what to work on.
1. implement a completed check mark: this very simple feature would just make the user experience, much more appealing, and somewhat satisfiying for when you return back to you posts page.
2. A date box. Even if it isn't an automated post feature, just being able to put in as a note, the date you intend to post creates a content calendar for people. Immensely helpful.
