Be careful when using the LaToken Exchange

Thanks for bringing this up @Coincado I joined Latoken when they launched, mostly because of the variety of NEP5 Tokens they offer.

I never bought NRVE there because I stopped using them months ago because I also had problems with withdrawals, sometimes they went through almost instantly on other occasions it took days, at the end I received all my withdrawals but will never use this shitty exchange ever again.

I hope by the time the NRVE Beta launches we will have it on more exchanges, Switcheo is good but liquidity is low, Bilaxy is okay but they charge withdrawal fees on all NEP5 Tokens which pisses me off, NEO and NEP5 Token withdrawals have 0 fees on almost all centralized exchanges.

I am really worried now. 

@Coincado, I just won my first auction. I having been buying up NRVE on Latoken. 

Please may I ask, what is the proceedure for payment of won Niche? How long is the open window for payment?

What payment options are available, fiat via credit card accepted?

Can I withdraw the NRVE from Latoken to my wallet or can payment be effected from Latoken.

The email that you received will tell you the payment deadline.

You should always withdraw to your wallet and then pay for the niche.  Never try to pay directly from the exchange because if that payment fails for any reason, regaining that NRVE will be very very difficult. Always pay from your wallet.

This FAQ tells you how to buy NRVE and move it to your wallet. Of course you already bought it, so jump down to step 4 and move it to your wallet now.

Hi @Osita you have 72 hours to pay for your Niche.

You can pay via Credit Card but you pay a huge fee of 15%, if there wouldn't be this fee I would gladly use my Credit Card.

As David already mentioned, you have to withdraw your NRVE to your NEO wallet first. If you don't have a NEO wallet yet, I recommend O3, it is free and much more stable than the NEON wallet.

Please note that I am just trying to inform people to be careful when using Latoken, I bought my NRVE there and payed for 3 of my Niches without a problem, withdrawals went through with 0 fees and within 2 minutes.

But the two latest NRVE withdrawals I have done are pending for more than 13 days now, although I withdrew to the exact same NEO address as before.

However, I have not received any formal email notifying me about my winning bid for the Niche. 

Please how long does it take to get notified with the request for payment via email?

should be immediate if you have won. which niche is this?

I have been checking almost every 5 minutes....

@Osita  If you cannot find the email, you should be able to go into your profile, to your list of niches, and see that one is pending, and then pay for it.

If you still need help please send an email to [email protected] and we will take care of you.

I dashed over to Latoken and initiated a transfer of 2600 NRVE. Its been over 2 hours, it is still pending.

I guess, I will do me the credit card transaction and stomach the charges and get it done. I am not ready to go to any exchange now. Time is of essence.

Replying to Coincado: I have never had any problems with LATOKEN exchange. I find this exchange to be useful as there are listed many unique tokens. 

I had smaller problems with LATOKEN but all have been solved.
