We've always had a support ticket area here on our community, but all submitted tickets were private—only the person that submitted the ticket and Narrative support staff could access them.
With the pending launch of Alpha v2, we have expanded the scope of that support area (which is now called "Customer Support" in the community menu) so that posts there can be public. This will make it easier for people to submit bug reports and for us to triage them.
You can post issues, suggestions, or questions there. And your posts can be public OR private.
These forums will remain, and will be the place for more in-depth conversations about features, the platform, etc.
