Welcome to the Narrative Support Community

This Support Community is a wholly separate site (with its own registration system) from the Narrative.org  (“Narrative”) platform. It is owned and governed by Narrative Company (the “Company”) in order to help connect Narrative members with resources and answers to questions. Members can help each other, and contribute suggestions about the Narrative platform. 

While members govern on Narrative, the Company governs this Support Community, according to these guidelines.

MEMBER COMMITMENT

All members are welcome to post to this site, as long as they abide by the posting guidelines.

By joining this site, you agree to treat all community members in a civil and respectful manner. Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, against other members, or against Company staff. 

In addition, in this Support Community, please refrain from:

  • Ad hominem attacks (directed against a person rather than the position they are maintaining)
  • Using profanity
  • Making any physical threats
  • Posting repetitive information or comments
  • Publicly publishing your personal contact information (like your phone number or home address)
  • Posting material that violates international copyright law
  • Posting ads or promotions for ICOs or specific blockchain projects
  • Soliciting cryptocurrency contributions from other members
  • Sharing any cryptocurrency wallet address


You are welcome to offer suggestions and ideas in the support community, and to vote up ideas you like, so long as you understand the Company solely determines which ideas to implement, since it controls the development of Narrative. The voting system is in place to give the Companyan indication of interest in certain suggestions; there is no commitment to implement specific ideas based on vote totals. Suggestions that are succinct, unique, and clearly described will be given the best possible consideration.

NARRATIVE COMPANY COMMITMENT

Company staff will review and consider all constructive input posted in the support community. We commit to treating members with respect.

While we do not moderate all posts to the site, we reserve the right to remove any content at any time. In addition, we may suspend or ban members from the site at any time, for any reason, without notice. As a matter of practice, we will typically offer warnings and/or a suspension period prior to an outright ban, depending on the severity of the offense.

The Company will maintain the support community, which means that we will periodically change a topic’s status, remove duplicates, or close topics that have been resolved, at our discretion. This will help us be more responsive and move faster.

We respect your privacy. The Company will not share or sell your personal data with any third parties for any reason. 

We will not send you any unsolicited communications that do not directly relate to your participation in this community. You can control the communications/notifications you receive via your profile settings, under "notifications."

You have the right to deactivate, delete or download your own profile and content. To view these options, click your username/avatar and see “edit profile.” Deletion is irrevocable, so use caution before applying that option!
